After years of working in hospitals, I’ve witnessed the deep need for accessible support during grief and health struggles. My own experience living remotely has shown me how important it is to have therapy that fits into your life—online therapy allows people to heal in a space where they feel safe and supported.

Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of therapy do you offer?

I offer online therapy for individuals who want to grow and develop resilience to cope with their challenges — including caregiving burnout, loss, identity, spirituality and life transitions. Many clients are processing not only practical challenges but also deep existential or spiritual questions.

My approach uses evidence-based modalities such as:

Narrative Therapy
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Existential and spiritual care frameworks

Every session is tailored to meet you where you are.

What kinds of issues do you specialize in?

Here are some common reasons people reach out to me:

Grieving the death of a loved one
Facing a life-altering diagnosis or chronic illness
Processing spiritual struggles or religious trauma
Finding purpose in or after a major transition
Coping with caregiving stress, burnout and anticipatory grief
Preparing for end-of-life or legacy work
Feeling stuck, anxious, or disconnected from meaning

If your story doesn’t fit neatly into a category, that’s okay. I work with the whole person — not just the problem.

Do you accept insurance?

I don’t bill directly to insurance, but many clients are able to submit receipts to their provider for reimbursement. Please check your specific plan to see if psychotherapy or professional counselling is covered.

Where are you located?

I recently moved from Ontario to Saskatchewan, Canada, and my therapy practice is offered entirely online. If you live in Canada, there’s a good chance we can work together. Reach out if you’re unsure — I’m happy to clarify.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, I am registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, I am certified with the Canadian Association of Spiritual Care.

Is your therapy faith-based?

Only if that’s what you’re looking for. I offer therapy through a Christian lens for clients who want to integrate their faith. I also work with individuals who are exploring their spirituality, healing from religious trauma, or questioning their beliefs. This is a space of compassion, curiosity, and non-judgment. You set the tone.

How much do sessions cost?

Sessions are $160 for a 50-minute online appointment. This includes personalized care, secure video sessions, and a plan tailored to meet your goals. You’ll receive a receipt that may be submitted to your insurance provider or health spending account, depending on your coverage.

What do sessions feel like?

You can expect a space that feels calm, relaxed, confidential, and deeply respectful. Some sessions may be more reflective or emotionally deep. Others might be focused on practical coping strategies, spiritual insight, or meaning-making. You set the pace that feels safe and supportive for you and if you want practical tools to take away for homework, that will be up to you.

What is your training and background?

I have experience and training in:

Supporting caregivers through burnout
Hospice and palliative care
Hospitals and long-term care
Spiritual care education and supervision
Grief and bereavement support
Spirituality and mental health integration

This work is personal, sacred, and meaningful to me — and I count it a privilege to walk alongside those navigating life’s hardest places.
