Meet Shawna Tiles
A Therapist for People Who Overthink and Second-Guess Themselves
I’m Shawna Tiles, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) providing online therapy across Ontario. I work with adults and young adults who struggle with anxiety, overthinking, relationship stress, people-pleasing, and self-doubt.
Most people who reach out aren’t in crisis. They’ve spent years trying to keep the peace, meet other people’s expectations, or make the “right” decision. Over time, it becomes harder to trust themselves, communicate what they need, or feel confident in their relationships. That’s what this practice is built for.
You don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out. A free consultation can help you understand what’s happening and whether this is the right next step.

Therapy for Overthinking, Anxiety, and Self-Doubt
Many people come to therapy because they’re tired of feeling stuck in the same cycle. They replay conversations long after they’re over, worry about disappointing other people, avoid difficult conversations, or second-guess even small decisions. Over time, these patterns can leave you feeling anxious, disconnected, and unsure of yourself.
Therapy offers an opportunity to slow down, understand what’s driving these patterns, and begin responding differently. As your confidence grows, decisions become clearer, relationships feel healthier, and you can spend less energy managing everyone else’s expectations and more energy living according to your own values.
Online Therapy for Anxiety and Relationship Stress Across Ontario
Therapy isn’t about having all the answers before you begin. It’s a place to explore what’s been weighing on you, understand the patterns that have shaped your relationships and self-confidence, and discover new ways of responding.
Shawna’s approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and practical. Together, you’ll make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface while building skills that help you feel calmer, communicate more effectively, and trust yourself more fully.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, people-pleasing, or a major life transition, therapy offers space to slow down, gain perspective, and move forward with greater confidence.
