What is Therapy for Helping Professionals?
Therapy for helping professionals is specialized mental health support designed for people in caregiving, leadership, and service roles such as therapists, nurses, clergy, educators, and frontline workers who are emotionally depleted from the demands of helping others in Toronto. Unlike general therapy, burnout recovery therapy addresses chronic stress, emotional exhaustion, loss of purpose, and soul fatigue. Sessions are held online and tailored for professionals across Ontario, including the Greater Toronto Area. I use a 4-phase evidence-based framework you can read about below.
Read More About My Approach

You’re exhausted. You’ve been caring, giving, fixing, supporting, and surviving. Now you’re wondering: Can I keep going? What do I need? Is there more to life than this? If you are looking for experienced and specialized burnout therapy or coaching in Toronto, I’m glad you’re here and I hope we get a chance to meet.

My therapy specialization is working with professionals and caregivers towards prevention and recovery from burnout that includes exhaustion, feeling numb or cynical. My clients are ready to build meaningful and strong identities. This is done through assessments, clarity and a customized plan for healing.

Soul depletion starts long before we notice it is happening. It often stems from unclear values and boundaries for self and others. Once burnout hits – the road to recovery is much steeper. I help you reconnect with your true voice and inner wisdom, so you can rest, change unhelpful patterns and move towards clarity, energy and peace.
What The Consult is For
Your free 20 minute consult is to clarify three things:
1. What kind of depletion this is
2. What kind of help you need
3. Whether I am the right fit for your situation
There is no expectation to continue, If another type of support fits better, I will say so.
You can take time to think afterward. No decision needed on the call.

Burnout Starts Long Before It Becomes A Crisis.
