What Is Identity Therapy?

Sometimes the roles you have carried no longer fit. Sometimes life changes so much that you no longer recognize yourself. At other times, the questions have always been there, nagging in the back of your mind, persistent, waiting for space to be asked. Who am I now? What do I want? What is mine to carry, and what can I let go? You may be in a season of transition, loss, or re-evaluation. You may be questioning your beliefs, your professional calling, your relationships, or your sense of purpose. Identity therapy offers a grounded space to find yourself again and explore these questions without needing to rush toward answers. A clear identity makes for a healthy person.
